Return Window:
Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Repair & Return:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a detailed inspection and perform any necessary fixes. The corrected product will be shipped back to you within 7 days from the date of collection.

- Returns are accepted for items with verified manufacturing defects only.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Returns due to verified manufacturing issues are handled at Xhome’s expense (including pickup and redelivery).
- Inspection and Approval
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team.
- Xhome reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our eligibility requirements or show signs of misuse or damage beyond manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy
At Xhome, each piece is crafted with care and tailored to meet high standards of design and quality. As such, all Xhome products are non-refundable.

- Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect selection, or non-manufacturing-related concerns.
